If consumers/customers refuse packages, we issue a credit with a 15 percent restocking fee. We will need the PO number or order number in order to issue the credit. We also need to know why the customer/consumer refused shipment.
If consumers/customers order the wrong product and realize it after the order has been placed and shipped, the customer then has to return the product at their own expense. But the customer/consumer needs to let us know this so we can issue an RMA number. The RMA number is what gets the packages through our doors here. Otherwise, our shipping dept has no clue why products are being returned and can’t tell the Customer Service Team a product has been returned. Once all of this is done, we will then issue a credit and you will be notified of the return via the email you used to purchase the original items.

If this is our fault, meaning order entry error, shipping error we will take care of it. We will issue RMA numbers, Call Tags, and then issue a credit once product has been returned. We do not send out boxes for returns.
Please do not ship the items back to us with USPS, we cannot accept packages from them at this time.
If it’s a damaged shipment, we will file a claim with Fed Ex or UPS since it’s under our account. We will need pictures of the damaged products, along with order number and PO number.
The products that have been returned to us-please provide order numbers and or PO numbers and do you know why these were returned?
